SSL Certificate Delay

Hello,
We recently submitted a request to purchase a SSL certificate. However, it has been several weeks, we have followed all the instructions - and the certificate is still not setup. Can someone please advise ASAP?

Hello Gabriel & Pam,

I'm sorry you've experienced a delay with your SSL order. The SSL issuer, Comodo has requested domain validation for the order. An email was sent to the address listed as the Administrative contact for the domain in the WHOIS information. We have requested that they resend the request to that email address. Please check that email account, and be sure to check any Spam or Junk folders in that account.
