I cannot tell what tools come with my account? All the choices of templates and building a web site are confusing me.

Hello Ruthy,

Let's see what we can do to get you "un-confused". The tools for building your website are mainly classified in two places: Cpanel - under Fantastico, and the Builder application - which is a separate login. The Premium Website Builder (by Plesk - I shortened the name to 'Builder' above) - is the basic website builder that your account can access upon request. You can actually access it very quickly through the Account Management Panel (AMP). Here's the link for using the Builder that also tells you how to access it:

The Builder contains multiple templates - basically design elements when you get into it. You can also request live assistance from our 24/7 technical support team.

The other section which holds tools that you can use to build websites is the option in your Cpanel which is called Fantastico de Luxe. I will give you two more links - one for using Cpanel and the other for learning about Fantastico:
