Hello TDiane,

I took a look at your account and according to the last tech, it is auto-populating it correctly. The user name for your Builder account can be verified in the Account Management Panel (AMP) under Account & Billing -Details (under the account details) - it is the same as the Cpanel user name. It is NOT the same as your AMP username. They are two different things. When an account is created, these names are assigned automatically for the Cpanel and the Builder.
