My site has been down since Sunday morning, and is still not back up. I tried the suggested action of replacing the index.php file and that didn't do anything. I know that the support team is busy with this issue, but I can't help but feel a bit frustrated by the fact that my support requests haven't yet been addressed and that my site has been down for this long. I'd be happy to try other things but I don't know enough to have any idea what I should do next. I'm just wondering if anyone has other ideas. Thanks!
