Cannot access Web builder

Everytime I try to access my web builder from AMP I CANT! I even reset my password and it still doesnt let me access with my passwords

Hello Cmpm,

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with getting into the Builder. First, though, make sure that you are using the Cpanel user name and password to login to the Builder. This is NOT the same as the AMP user name and password. If you continue to have problems with this login, please contact live support via phone/email/chat - they can get you in very quickly (and privately). Password and login information cannot be posted on the support center as it is a public post and viewable by anyone.
