I have spent the last hour trying to get the pre-installed cgiemail to work.

Here's my action:

FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="/cgi-bin/cgiecho/cgi-bin/form.txt"

The form posts with no errors but no mail is sent.

Has anyone successfully used cgiemail on webhostinghub?

----------

UPDATE:forgot to change cgiecho to cgiemail in my action when I was done testing. It works now!

Thanks!

Hi nouveaudev,

I'm glad to hear you got this one resolved!

Not many users use cgiemail, so I'm not familiar with it. We are however much more familiar with other scripts, such as FormMail, phpMailer, and the php mail function. In case anyone else in interested, more details can be found here:

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks!
