Hi Patricia,

Great question about your temporary URL. We do apologize for any confusion about the terminology used. I'm happy to clarify this information. Your temporary URL actually is not temporary at all. It's simply an alternative URL to view your website on the server. Unless you coded something within your site to explicitly link through the temporary URL, you shouldn't need to redirect anything for your site.

I double checked your domain and it's currently pointing to our Nameservers and I'm able to view the website and I do not see any links to the temporary URL. If you're having any issues with your site, or if you see a reference to the temporary URL somewhere on your site, please let us know where you're seeing that issue.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
