Refunds for UK residents?

Hello,

I recently bought a domain from webhostinghub, but life has proved to be too busy for me to spare the time to build a website right now. I was wondering how I should go about requesting a refund.

As I'm a UK resident, phoning to cancel will be both difficult and expensive. Has anyone had experience cancelling their purchase from the UK? Thank you.

We do not require that you call in, but we do ask that these types of requests be made in writing via email or by submitting a ticket through our Help Desk system. Please be sure to include account verification (either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file) when you send in your request.
