Sites are constantly down or slow

This is getting really really aggravating. My sites have been sliding down the path of no return for several months. And now it is routine for 500 errors, or this site is not available or database connection errors. I get notices from google telling me that my sites are down. Google is the very last entity that I want to know that my sites are off line.

This is not going well. Time to make the move to a reliable company, if there is one that exists.

Our apologies that you are having problems with your website. You have not provided and URL details so that I could check a specific site. When I pulled up your primary site (running Wordpress), it appeared immediately. If you wish for support via the Support Center, please provide us a little more information and we can look further into the issues. I also reviewed your history and the last entry indicated that the site was also running at the time of your contact. If you are trying to register a complaint, the best venue for that is the manager_feedback@webhostinghub.com address. We do take these issues very seriously and management will review any comment that you make.
