I've uploaded my files into the public_html folder and I've made sure I have an index file. But I'm still seeing the Hi There page when I check my temporary URL. I used Web Plus X5 to build my site. What have I done wrong?

Hello milehighdesigns,

I'm sorry you're having trouble viewing your new site. While checking into this for you I noticed site files in both a subfolder of public_html and in your home directory. When uploading files for your main domain, site files should be placed directly in public_html since this the main domain's document root. Please check the Accounts area of WebPlus (where you set your publishing settings) and make sure the Folder is set to public_html.

I have moved the files from that sub folder into your public_html directory and you should now be able to view your site through your temporary URL. I also moved the files from your home directory into a subfolder of public_html named foundinhome since I wasn't sure if they were the same files. Please feel free to delete the foundinhome directory if those files are simply copies of the other files.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
