I want my site visitors to type in www.mydomain.com instead of receiving an error message when they type in the www. What do I need to change in my account settings.

Hi jtrummp,

I'm sorry if some of your site visitors are having trouble with your site. What is the exact error message they are seeing? While checking into this for you, I was unable to recreate any error, and in fact, when I go to just your domain name I am redirected to www in my browser's address bar and the site appears normally.

Thanks,

Christi N.
