The awstats problem is actually giving webhostinghub a bad name as it's not updating the stats on the sites, please do something about this seriously and immediately. Thanks.

Hello Crusader,

Apologies for the issues you've been having with Awstats. I checked with our systems team and we had to ran the logs manually. Issues with Awstats can occur when there are high loads on the server (logging programs running on the server like Awstats are not given priority over critical items like Database servers and the web server software). If you do not wish to be dependent on using Awstats there are other FREE solutions you might consider such as Google Analytics.
