I would recommend WordPress. It's easy to use and has many great plugins to add to your site's functionality. We have some great articles on the WP e-commerce plugin, which will allow you to easily sell digital(downloa dable) files.
If you want to use your site to set up a product catalog that will direct users through affiliate links (pointing to someone else's website) you can use the Off Site Product link for your products. You will want to place your affiliate link in the External Link field. This will allow you to feature the products on your site, but send customers to the external site for purchasing.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Thanks, which would you go with? I am not a programmer and have experience with web building software using templates and drag and drop applications. Willing to learn new stuff though.
The site will have a blog
The site will use affiliate marketing
The site may utilize upload and download
I would definitely recommend using one of the CMS applications then. While the Premium Website Builder is a great way to get a site up and running quickly, it does have limitations. There is not currently a built in way to sell downloadable content with the builder. Yes, there are work arounds that can be implemented, but most people find it easier to set up and manage that type of e-commerce site with either a full CMS or an e-commerce program.
