How do I log back in to the web/site builder to retrieve last information saved and continue building new website?

Hello ericbliven,

The best way to get back into the Plesk Premium Web Builder can be found here:
Logging into Builder

When you login and select the site you were working on, it will be saved to last time that you were logged in and working on the site.

If you continue to have problems with login, please contact technical support for further assistance.
