Hello Hansend,

Apologies for the inconvenience. I just looked at your site. The server is operational and your site is working, but it is not showing anything because the primary pages are BLANK. If you have a backup of your site, or can republish your site, then you will need to do so in order to recover the content. This is not a server issue so it is not within our control - the HTML pages that consist of your website do not have any data in them and you will need to provide the files that in have website content.

Your account does not include automatic backups, though they are available through your Account Management Panel (AMP), if you want to include them in the future.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.

Hello Hansend,

I just double-checked the account and you have a ticket in place. Currently when I checked on the files there didn't appear to be anything for some of the HTML files. The support tickets that you have in place are your best venue for support on this issue. Please await the reply from the live technical support team. They will assess it and see if there is anything they can do to recover all of the files 100%.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
