Tracking down a CPU Utilization issue on a WP 3.5.1 installation.

I have A Better Wordpress Minify installed ver. 1.2.2

When I go into the settings, the message:
Warning: Cache directory does not exist or is not writable. Please try CHMOD your cache directory to 755. If you still see this warning, CHMOD to 777. Is displayed.

Currently have the dir set to 777, yet still receive the message. Have tried several entries for the Cache Directory, yet still receive the error.

Currently have the path to the cache dir set to http://mydomain/wp-content/plugins/bwp-minify/min/cache yet continue to receive the error message.

The path for mifify url is set to http://mydomain/wp-content/plugins /bwp-minify/min/ which seems to work.

Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hello lcag_admin,

I took a look at your setup and it might be something that is better answered through the makers of BWP Minify. However, you might want to try this first. Since you have Supercache loaded, try removing them both first. Then load BWP Minify BEFORE you load in Supercache. If that doesn't work, contact the programmers for BWP (BetterWP.net), you will most likely have better luck getting their help in this case because this is a third party plugin that they wrote.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
