How to copy/import previously created wp-tables-reload of another url?

In my url domain buildstones.com/ar I created wp-tables reload using WordPress. Now I want to use those tables in another url buildstones.com. I could not manage to import or copy. I do not even know where those tables are residing. Can someone help please in a simple way as I am nor good on those things. Thank you

Hello Webcam,

Were you using a plugin? We unfortunately cannot help much with 3rd party plugins for Wordpres. If you want to manually move your files you can do that:
