I started install Zen Cart using Fantastico. In the first page it shows "Current installation : none" Fill up all the info(I left empty the "Install in directory") in the next page and click "Install Zen Cart"
I got

"The installation can not be completed:
- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain."

Why?
What "script" do I have?
Since I left the spot empty, it doesn't make a sense...

Thank you for your help

Hello Tmair,

This error will occur if there are any other programs installed in your selected root directory, which is the public_html folder if you left the "Install in directory" field blank.

In your case, I see a wordpress installation in the public_html folder. This will cause the error you are seeing.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best regards,
Scott M
