Root asking visitors for pword after installing ZenCart in /shop

I recently setup a zen cart on my site but directed it to /shop instead of the root. Now if someone goes to my site without typing /shop it asks them for a password? Can I get rid of that? Not an expert at this so any help is appreciated.

Hello PureArrowGunz,

I am not seeing that behavior on your site. The main page comes up fine with no password prompting. Generally, adding a program to a subfolder like that should have no effect on anything above it.

If it is still doing so for you, I would try to reinstall and if the behavior returns, contact our support department (open 24/7) immediately with all the details on how to duplicate it so we can get right on the issue. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
