When you are using the McAfee Protection pack, spam you receive will be placed on a quarantined list, by default a daily email report is sent that includes a summary of your quarantined items. In this tutorial we will show you how to change how often you receive your quarantine report.

How to Change Your Spam Report Frequency:

  1. Login to the McAfee Control Console.
  2. Click the Preferences tab.
    General Settings in the mcafee control console
  3. To the right of the Spam Report Frequency setting, click the drop-down box and select from list. Available options are:
    Never, Every Day, Default (Every Day), Every Weekday, Every Monday, Monday & Friday, and Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

  4. Click the Apply button to save your changes. You will see a notification stating "The Preferences were updated successfully."
