By default the time zone in the McAfee Control Console is set to Mountain Standard Time (M.S.T.), which is GMT -07:00. In this tutorial we will show you how to change the TimeZone in the McAfee Control Console.

Changing Your Time Zone:

  1. Login to the McAfee Control Console.
  2. Click the Preferences tab.

  3. On the Preferences tab, click the drop-down menu to the right of the Time Zone option. Choose your prefered time-zone from the list, then click the Apply button.

    You will see a notification stating "The Preferences were updated successfully." New time stamp will be reflected on your quarantined messages.

 

Congratulations, now you know how to change your timezone in the McAfee Control Console!
