If you have implemented a reward points system in your ecommerce site, you will need to a report that summarizes this benefit.  The Reward Points report summarizes all of the customers who have points  how they have used them.

How to View the Customer Reward Points Report in OpenCart 1.5

  1. Login to the Administration Dashboard as an Administrator
  2. Place your mouse over REPORTS in the menu bar.  Click on CUSTOMERS when the drop-down menu appears. When the menu appears to the right, select REWARD POINTS. You will see a screen similar to the one below:

  3. You can order the report by using the DATE START and DATE END options in the report.  When you have set a date range, select FILTER in order to filter the data.

The Customer Reward Points report simply summarizes the amount of points that a customer has accumulated for purchasing products within your store.  This particular report is primarily for the store administrators and employees who have access to the Administration panel.  From the standpoint of the customer, they will only see their own personal records.  Here's a screenshot of the Customer's view of the Reward Points report:

This report does not have an internal print option.  In order to print the page or pages of the report go to your internet browser and use the print options there.
