In this tutorial we will guide you through installing and configuring the Zone Rates shipping module, which charges a certain price per weight for a specific zone.

For example, you can create a zone for the United Kingdom (UK), and charge $3.00 for up to 2.99lbs, $5.00 for 3-5.99lbs, and $10.00 shipping for anything over 6lbs.

Installing the Zone Rates module:

  1. Login to the Admin panel for osCommerce.
  2. Select the Modules option in the menu, then click Shipping.
  3. Now select the +Install Module button.
  4. In the modules list, select Zone Rates, then click the +Install Module button to the right.
  5. You will then see the Zone Rates module, select it, then click the Edit button to the right.
