On the Desktop of your Premium Web Builder, it states that up to 16 websites are supported by the Premium Web Builder. This is correct, however in order to use additional domains, additional licenses need to be purchased first. At Web Hosting Hub the first builder license is included in the cost of the hosting plan, but an additional charge of $12 per year (per domain) does apply for each additional domain you want to use the builder for.
You can request an additional buider license through your Account Management Panel (AMP). Please see our article: How to Install the Premium Web Builder on your Website for detailed instructions for adding an additional license.
Once your additional license has been purchased and set up for you, log into the Premium Web Builder, click on the Admin Panel, and then click on Sites. On that screen you will now see your new domain listed:
It will have a red X next to it since it has not been published yet, but it it still set up and ready to be created. Click on the new domain. Once you have pulled up the new domain, under "Tools" click on "Edit Site in Wizard" as pictured below:
This will bring you to the Site Builder so that you can build your new website.
Once you have built your website, if you are unable to publish double check the Publishing settings to make sure they are correct. First, read our Guide for Publishing Settings as most of the information is the same for the Addon Domain. Below we have highlighted the differences when publishing to your additional domain:
The username and password will still be your cPanel username and password. The primary difference is instead of publishing to public_html, you will publish to the folder that houses your new domain. When added in the cPanel as an Addon Domain, by default the folder would be seconddomain.com (substituting your domain name) so the Directory will be public_html/seconddomain.com.
Once you have confirmed the settings, click Verify Location, and a message should appear confirming that the setting are correct. If you are still having any issues publishing please contact our support team so that we can look into the issue further for you.
