In this article we will show you how to change your page file name, Title, and Meta Tags in the Premium Website Builder. This can be useful for both SEO and organizational purposes.
Once you've logged into your Premium Website Builder account, you can find these options under the Step 4 - Edit.
In the lower left of your screen you will see the following fields:
Page title: This controls the title of the published page in the browser window
Page file name: This will be the actual file name. Some people prefer to edit this so that the file names match the page names.
Page keywords: Keywords that describe your page (inserted into the meta keywords tag). While most search engines do not use meta keywords, some do so it doesn't hurt to provide these. Make sure the keywords you use relate to your page content.
Page description: A short description that describes your page (inserted into the meta description tag). This description is used by some search engines to show a snippet of information about your site in search results.
In the text field below each heading input the corresponding information for each page. Please note that while Page title and Page file name are required fields, you are not required to change them from their defaults.
Once you have completed inputting your information, you can either click the Save Changes button or click on the next page you wish to edit. If you receive a pop up asking you to Apply changes, select Yes.
You can publish your changes to your live site once you have entered the information you want to add for each page. If you have any trouble seeing any changes to your Page title, please be sure to refresh the page in your browser (F5 key for most browsers) and clear your browser cache if needed.

All worked for me, but I used the eshop module that seems not to allow access to make any changes in names to use SEO rules.
Example:

Perhaps I miss some control?
