Gift-wrapping is an often requested feature that is available in PrestaShop 1.5. With the option enabled, users can request that their order(s) be  gift-wrapped before delivery with or without an optional message.  The following tutorial will guide you in enabling the option for Gift-Wrapping in PrestaShop 1.5.

Enabling the Gift-Wrapping option for Orders in Prestashop 1.5

1. Login to the Administration Panel as an Administrator
2. Hover over the menu bar where it says PREFERENCES, and then click on ORDERS in the drop down menu. Scroll down the list of options and look for GIFT OPTIONS.  In GIFT OPTIONS, select OFFER GIFT-WRAPPING as shown below:
   
   
   
   
3. Select YES to enable Gift Wrapping and NO to disable the option.  NOTE:  Enabling gift wrapping will also enable a message field on the order that can be filled by the user if they want to leave a message
4. Select the green SAVE button in the top right hand corner of the screen to save your selection

Enabling the gift-wrapping option in PrestaShop 1.5 allows you give your customers the ability to make an order into a gift that they can directly ship to a specified location.  This option in addition to the ability to leave a message adds further value to your products as well as your shop.
