If you are required to set a tax for gift-wrapping, Prestashop 1.5 does have an option that can be set for this purpose.  The following tutorial will walk you through setting a tax for gift-wrapping for customer orders in the Prestashop 1.5 Administrator Panel.

How to Set the Gift-wrapping Tax for Orders in Prestashop 1.5

1. Login to the Administration Panel as an Administrator
2. Hover over the menu bar where it says PREFERENCES, and then click on ORDERS in the drop down menu. Scroll down the list of options and look for GIFT OPTIONS.  In GIFT OPTIONS, select GIFT-WRAPPING TAX as shown below:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the drop-down menu and select the state tax that will apply for the shop.  Note that taxes are only listed for the 50 states (and including Puerto Rico).
4. Select SAVE either at the bottom of the screen or at the top right-hand corner of the screen to save your selection.
