Canceling supply orders occasionally becomes a necessary task when re-supplying your inventory.  Note that when supply orders are started it is only in the creation of the supply order that you can edit the order.  If a mistake is made at any point, the order cannot be deleted, but it can be canceled.  The following article explains the process of canceling supply orders in PrestaShop 1.5.

Stopping Supply Orders in PrestaShop 1.5

1. Log in to the Administrator Dashboard as an Administrator
2. Hover over the right end of the menu bar where it is labeled STOCK and then click on the item in the drop-down menu labeled SUPPLY ORDERS.   Scroll to the previous order that you wish to cancel.  The list might look like this screenshot:
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the order you wish to cancel, then go its EDIT STATUS icon:  .  Then go to to the order status labeled 6-ORDER CANCELLED.  The icon bar will look like the following:
   
   
   
   
4. Click on SAVE in the top right hand corner in order to save the changed status.  If you wish print or view the order, you can also choose to download and print the supply form (in Adobe PDF file format).  This option is available at the bottom of the screen. 

Canceling Supply Orders is a straightforward process using the PrestaShop 1.5 Supply Order interface.  Choose the appropriate status, but be careful to make sure that you are not canceling an order that is required.  Canceled orders cannot be recovered.  You'd have re-create the order again.
