How to set up Handling Charges in Prestashop 1.5

One of the fees often associated with Shipping are the handling charges.  The following tutorial will walk you through setting up the HANDLING charges for your products in Prestashop 1.5.

 

How to set up Handling Charges in Prestashop 1.5

 

  1. Login to the Administration Panel as an Administrator
  2. Hover over the menu bar where it says SHIPPING, and then click on SHIPPING in the drop down menu.  You will see two existing sections, one called HANDLING and anotherr called BILLING. We will first review the HANDLING portion. The following screenshot displays the options that are available in HANDLING:

  3. Handling charges do not include taxes.  Please insert handling charges by filling in blank next HANDLING
  4. Select the SAVE button in the top right hand corner to save the value that you entered

Setting the charges used for handling products that are being sshipped, is done within the SHIPPING section of the Prestashop 1.5 Administration Panel.  Enter the most appropriate charge for your store.
