Accessing the Statistics:

1. Login to the Joomla Admin panel.
2. In the navigation menu, roll your mouse over the Components option, then click VirtueMart.
   
3. On the VirtueMart menu, click the Tools option, then click Control Panel.
   
4. Click the Statistics tab, you will then see the Statistics overview:
   
   
   What is Included in the Statistics?:
   
   You will see many statistics, below is a description of each one:
   

   Statistic	Description
   Statistics	Shoppers - This option will list how many shoppers made purchases, click it to see a list of all your registered Shoppers. active Products - This will list how many products you currently have for sale. Click it to view the list of products. inactive Products - This is will list all products you have that are not available. Click this to view a list of inactive products. Featured Products - This is a list of featured products, click it to view the featured products.
   Orders & Shoppers	Pending - This is a list of how many pending orders you have. Click it to see the full list. Confirmed by shopper - This is a list of how many orders were confirmed by the shopper. Confirmed - This is a list of how many total orders are confirmed. Cancelled - This lists cancelled orders, click to view a full list. Refunded - This is a list of refunded sales, click to view full details. Shipped - You will see how many orders have been shipped here, click for a full list. Sum - This is the total number of orders.
   New orders	All new orders will be listed here with order numbers, and price totals.
   New shoppers	New shoppers will be listed in this section.
