One of the benefits of WordPress is that if you find a theme you like but there is something minor you want to change about it, you have full access to edit the code. While Web Hosting Hub does not provide coding support, we will be happy to show you where to find the code editor so that you can make any modifications.
Please note, before making changes directly to your theme files, you should first create a Child Theme and make your changes to your Child Theme files.
First, log into your WordPress Admin to reach your Dashboard. On your Dashboard, click on Appearance on the left menu and then "Editor." The following page will display:
The default file shown in the editor is your theme's style sheet (style.css). On the right side of the page, you will find the different files within your theme (including template files, header, index, etc.). These files can be edited to add or modify functionality and/or layout of your WordPress site. It is highly recommend that you make a copy of the text before making any changes. If you want to put in a new banner, you can edit the header.php file. If you want to change one of the font styles for the entire theme, then you can edit the style.css style sheet. Once you have made your changes, click "Update File" at the bottom of the page.
