If you receive a response when you are sending email that says "Connection denied after dictionary attack," there can be a few possible causes.  This can be caused by your IP address being blocked by our system or in rare cases due to excessive login attempts on a misspelled email address. Below are the necessary steps to correct this issue:

1. Make sure the "my server requires authentication" box is checked in your email client.
2. Determine your IP address. If you do not know how, visit http://ehub22.webhostinghub.com/ and copy the IP address that is displayed.
3. Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the IP address and let us know that you have been blocked for a dictionary attack.
