Many users may be familiar with the Microsoft Exchange interface from past experience with other web hosts or corporate email servers.

Microsoft Exchange is a popular mail server that requires Microsoft Windows Server. Web Hosting Hub servers are Linux based and are not compatible with Microsoft Exchange, but we do offer email hosting along with your web hosting account.

Using Web Hosting Hub Email

If you would like to the email service provided with your web hosting, please see our Email Getting Started Guide. This will guide you through the steps of setting up email in your hosting account.

Using a Third Party Exchange Server

If you already have or plan to set up email for your domain on a third party Microsoft Exchange Server, you will want to point the MX records for your domain to that server. MX records are DNS records that control what server email messages are sent to.
