When using SBC Global to check your email, some Internet Service Providers have blocked port 25 which will prevent you from connecting to your email.  When port 25 is blocked, you will need to use the SBC Global SMTP server for all outgoing mail:

SBC Global server: smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com

When adding the email account but sure to also check that the "Server does require authentication," and log in with your SBC Username and password.  If you are still not able to connect to your email after making these changes, please contact our technical support team.
