The steps for subscribing to email folders can vary from email client to email client. You can usually subscribe to folders in any webmail client and then be able to view that folder in your email client. The following article was created to explain how to subscribe to the spam folder created by Spam Box in webmail, but the steps to follow would be the same for any folder. Just look for the specific folder name you want to subscribe to (instead of Spam):

Checking the Spam Folder Created By Spam Box

If you have any trouble viewing email folders in your email client, we've also created the following tutorials for the most common email clients:

Subscribing to IMAP Email folders in Outlook 2010
Subscribing to IMAP Email folders in Thunderbird
Subscribing to IMAP Email folders in Mac Mail
Subscribing to IMAP Email folders in Outlook for Mac 2011

If you are using an email client not included in the list above, please feel free to submit a question in our Support Center. We'll be happy to help you with viewing and subscribing to folders in your email client.
