All accounts hosted with Web Hosting Hub have the ability to send out mailing lists.  On our servers there's a limit of 250 emails sent per hour.  If you need to send out more emails then are permitted, you can request that the limit raised. You can request an Email Limit Exception through your Account Management Panel (or AMP).  For help logging into AMP, please read our article on accessing your Account Management Panel.

How do I request a email limit exception?

Once you have logged into AMP, to send a bulk email request:

  1. Under "Additional Services," click on Other
  2. Next, under "Add Services" click on the account you want to request an email limit exception
  3. Click on Request Email Limit Exception
  4. The next screen will ask for information related to your request.  Please fill in all the information as thoroughly as possible.  Once you are done, click Submit.

A support technician will analyze your request and send you an email once a decision is made.
