Comcast Customer Connectivity Issues

Web Hosting Hub is aware of connectivity issues for Comcast customers.  These issues have been tracked by our System Administrators and in conjunction with the Network support administrators of Comcast. They have identified the issue to be within the Comcast network and as such, the issue is unfortunately outside of Web Hosting Hub's control.

If you are a Comcast customer and continue to have connectivity issues to the Web Hosting Hub servers, please contact your Comcast network support representatives in order to have the issue reported and resolved through their services.

Update 1/15/13

Comcast has further advised that if you are using Comcast as yor ISP, you can connect by bypassing the router and using only a modem or direct ethernet cable connection.
