Cancel your Domain Registration

If your domain is registered with us and you want it removed, you can cancel your registration.  This can be done in your Account Management Panel (or AMP).  For help logging into AMP, please read our article on accessing your Account Management Panel.

How do I cancel my domain registration?

Once you have logged into AMP, to cancel your domain:

  1. Under "Account & Billing," click on Details
  2. Under "Active Subscriptions" click on the Gray X under "Actions" by the domain you want to cancel
  3. Confirm you request by hitting Submit

This process will not automatically remove your website from the Internet.  This will remove the auto-renew of your domain and the billing item from your account with us.
