What cPanel does not allow you to do is more basic account functions. This is where your Account Management Comes into play. Your AMP (Account Management Panel) allows you to:

Another great thing about AMP is that it includes Quick Links, which help guide you in the right direction for many tasks. For example, if you use Quicklinks within your AMP, it will eventually take you to the "Create Email Addresses" page within cPanel.
