Getting Started with your Email

Your hosting account includes an unlimited number of email addresses. No matter how many associates in your company you need to create email accounts for, you're covered. Whether you're setting these email accounts up for the first time or you need to migrate them as they currentl exist at your previous host, please see our Email Getting Started Guide.

cPanel AND AMP, a quick guide to our Systems

cPanel (control panel) has always been included with all accounts. cPanel is the system you log into when you need to manage your hosting account, such as when you need to create email addresses or work with databases. What cPanel lacks however is the ability to do anything billing related, such as register for new domain names or puchase an SSL certificate. We're very proud to announce our new Account Management Panel (AMP). AMP steps in and allows you to do what cPanel doesn't. cPanel helps you control your hosting account, while AMP handles the billing side of things.

I need help my site hasbeen hacked via htaccess file when i delete the code it just comes back i even repalaced the htaccess file but still the same i have the code thats in the htaccess file there is a file called cgi-bin there is a php file that has a code that does not look normal is are the codes htaccess code

My apologies, I initially put in the wrong reply for you issue. I have been looking at your site files, but based on what you have said, I'm not sure which site you're referring to since you have several different installations there. I see a wordpress installation and another website installation. Can you specify which installation is having the problem? I don't see an issue when I go to your temp url . Definitely clear all of your .htaccess files for now. Currently, when I go to your website, I'm not seeing any evidence of a hack. The CGI-BIN is a default folder - so it sould be there.

Please reply to this with further information on your website and we can take a closer look at what's happening.

Dear support team,

I am a new customer and try to login into my cPanel. It is not very intuitive, but I understood I need to reset my apparently randomly assigned password. I did and despite this, I still get the Login Attempt Failed! I thought it might have been a typo, so I have reset the password again, and no matter how I try, I still cennot login.

Why is this?

I am able to get into your cpanel (although with our admin password) so the cpanel itself is functional.

It may be that the cpanel password reset did not work as it should. We can set reset the password for you. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.re if you like. Be sure to specify whether you want a particular password or a randomly generated one.

Not at all easy to move around on this site, nothing made easy to start. The tutorial videos dont play sound for me, and its not my system, even the info button makes sounds but videos dont. So far Ive seen nothing but features and no simple easy access to my site
Hello Lyndon, sorry to hear that you're having some problems getting started with our hosting.

The Flash video tutorials on our website don't have sound so it's not just your computer, most of the videos just walk through step by step where you need to click in the cPanel interface to accomplish certain tasks.

Was there a particular thing you were trying to do that you've been unable to find help for? You can utilize the Search box filled in with How may we help? to locate documentation for most web hosting related topics. You can also use the menu navigation at the top of our support center. For instance you can hover over Website above, then click on WordPress to review our collection of WordPress documentation.

I see looking at your account files that you've already managed to install WordPress and have it up and running on your website. If you needed to login to access your WordPress dashboard where you make your posts and pages this can be done by placing /wp-admin at the end of the URL following your domain name. Then you would need to enter in your WordPress admin user's credentials to gain access.
