How do I Reset My Premium Website Builder Password?

All hosting accounts with Web Hosting Hub include one license for the Premium Website Builder free of charge. If you would like to add an additional licenses for an additional site(s) the cost is only $12 per year per additional license. If you are having trouble logging into your builder account and need to reset your builder password, you can easily do this through your Account Management Panel (AMP). If you need help logging into AMP, please see our article on how to access your Account Management Panel. Please note that these instructions are only for resetting your password for logging into your Premium Website Builder account. If you are having trouble publishing your site from the builder, please see our article on troubleshooting website publishing in the builder for more information, including how to reset your publishing password and other publishing settings.

Begin by logging into your AMP account and follow the steps below for resetting your builder password:

  1. Click on the Details link under Account & Billing in the menu on the left side of the screen
  2. Under Active Subscriptions, find the line for your Premium Website Builder subscription and under the Product column, click the Reset Password link
  3. Type in the new builder password (twice) and click Submit
