On rare occasions, Web Hosting Hub does have to suspend a hosting account.  There are a few issues that can cause a site to be suspended.  The majority of the time a site is suspended, it can be brought back online if the cause of the suspension is addressed.

• Billing Issue - If your hosting is up for renewal and we are not able to charge the card we have on file, then the account may be suspended pending payment.  You can update your credit card information by contacting our Billing Team by telephone and email or by contacting our support team 24/7 via live chat.
• CPU Usage - While Web Hosting Hub does not limit each account's bandwidth or disk usage, the amount of CPU usage each account uses is monitored.  On rare occasions, if your hosting account is causing excessive server loads due to CPU usage, and it affects other accounts on the server, then the account will be temporarily suspended while we work with you for a solution to help bring the usage back down to a normal level.
• Terms of Service Violation - Copyrighted material and adult content are not permitted to be hosted at Web Hosting Hub.  If such content is found on an account, the account may be suspended until the content is removed.

In all of these cases, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can take the steps necessary to get your site online again.  If possible we recommend that you give us a call as our Tech Support is here 24/7 and can handle most site suspension issues.  If you can not call, when your site is suspended we will send an email to the email address that we have on file.  You can also reply back to that email directly and via email we can discuss the best course of action to correct the issue.
