Getting the cPanel Login attempt failed (I am sure I have the password right)

Dear support team,

I am a new customer and try to login into my cPanel. It is not very intuitive, but I have read your "How to Log into cPanel" and I understood I need to reset my apparently randomly assigned password. I did and despite this, I still get the Login Attempt Failed! I thought it might have been a typo, so I have reset the password again, and no matter how I try, I still cannot login.

Why is this?

I recommend checking your username, it is assigned by the system when you sign up.
