Unable to get past login screen.
Attempting login to both Cpanel and webmail via Safari, but unable to get past the login screen. It shows up url https://https://secure34.webhostinghub.com:2083/login
When trying via Firefox I get a pop up msg with: 'A user name and password are being requested by https://secure34.webhostinghub.com:2096. The site says "Webmail" '
It also asked for User name and password details which I put in and get nothing...
I need to be able to access my webmail asap, please help!

Hello Sean, Thank you for contacting us. I first tested the cPanel/webmail login with Safari, and was able to login successfully. There are several ways to access webmail and cPanel, depending on your network setup, some may work better than others. For webmail make sure you are using the full email address for the username. For example: username@domain.com You can always reset the email password in cPanel. Here are some links that I tested successfully (be sure to use your actual domain): Webmail: http://domain.com/webmail http://webmail.domain.com https://secure34.webhostinghub.com:2096/ You can view your cPanel username and also reset your cPanel password in AMP.
