Unable to login to cPanel

I cannot login to cPanel on an FTP client nor via AMP, nor via www.doman.com/cpanel.

I tried resetting the password, and it's still not working. Does it take several hours for a password reset to go through?

What other issues? This is not a new domain, so none of the other troubleshooting ideas apply.

The error message is "login attempt failed"

The error message on my FTP client is "critical error"

Hello ktbensn,

The cPanel reset should take place immediately. If you are seeing the login page and getting an incorrect login message, you will want to contact support so they can fix the password issue for you.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Also be sure to include your desired password so they can set it for you.
