Hello Liz, I'm sorry to hear about your email login issues. I also reviewed your account and the main issue is that due to security concerns we do need to verify you before we release/change sensitive information such as an email account password. After reading your support ticket, I did send you an email that lets you reset your Account Management Panel (AMP) password. It is going to the email that you setup as the primary email on your account (the email account you used is with Yahoo). Please go to that email account, open the email I sent, and reset your AMP password. Once you have your AMP password, you can then login to AMP, you can reset your cPanel password as well, which also gives you access to your EMAIL accounts! Once you have access to your email accounts, it is a simple matter of logging into the cPanel, going to the Mail section, clicking on the Email accounts and resetting your password. If you are still having problems with the login, please notify our live technical support team (contact information is at the bottom of this page). We can't post your login information on this web page since it is open to the public. The live technical support team can easily reset it once you have properly confirmed your account. Kindest regards, Arnel C. |
