Haven't used Web Hosting Hub's Help Center for probably at least three years. Presented with the new login format, I just now tried to create a Google+ login. After choosing my usual username as the username, it said I couldn't use it since it was already taken. But this is such a unique username, the only person who would already be using it is me. So I am led to conclude that our previous Help Center username cannot be used when we begin using the new login format? Is this correct? We need to choose a new one? If so it's a pretty big drawback if you ask me...a bug, actually.

Hello,

Thank you for your question on logging into the Support Center. It appears you may have created a login username back when it allowed you to log in without the social media. Security concerns caused us to remove that specific method of logging in. It appears that the username is still in the database. Since it still exists, a new one cannot be created with the same username.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
