Hello, Thank you for your question on logging into the Support Center. It appears you may have created a login username back when it allowed you to log in without the social media. Security concerns caused us to remove that specific method of logging in. It appears that the username is still in the database. Since it still exists, a new one cannot be created with the same username. Kindest Regards, Scott M |
