I installed it last night and it said it had an error while installing which was not a big deal as it was late. This morning, it showed up under my Control Panel. I went to login and it is telling me that the name/password is invalid. I'm using my cPanel name with my AMP password. Please let me know if I'm doing something incorrectly.

Update: Working great now! Thanks!

Hi kato2k,

I'm sorry to hear that your Builder did not install successfully last night, I can understand the frustration something like that can cause.

I looked into this issue a bit further, and noticed an error message in our logs during the installation, which indicated a problem on our end. We've installed the bulider to your account, and have sent you a separate email with additional information on getting started with the builder.

I also submitted a bug report to our Development team so that we can get this resolved going forward.

I hope you find using our Premium Site Builder easy and enjoyable to work with. You can find here our online documentation for the builder, and feel free to ask a question any time in our Support Center if you need further assistance.

Thanks!
- Brad
