Hello Candicecossel,

Sorry to hear about your problem with logging into WordPress! Fortunately, this is actually a fairly common issue and one which you can fix. It may require several hours for the correction to apply. I will explain why.

First, your domain name (sexyserendipity.com) is not pointing to our hosting servers, so you would need to change the name serversfor your domain so that internet browsers know where to find your website. This is a very common issue. Your domain name can be registered by any official domain registrar, but this does not guarantee that it's pointing to the correct host, as it can be changed to point to where ever your hosting server is located. Additionally, changing the location of the host (or any DNS setting change) does not happen instantaneously. There is typically a short period of time - called propagation (also called DNS propagation) that occurs when the location of the server or other settings for the domain are in the process of changing on the internet. This period of time may require up to 24 hours, but it's usually far less than that.

If the domain registrar that you used is not affiliated with our service, then you would need login to their (your domain registrar's) interface and make the changes yourself. You can easily do this with your account. Please refer to the article links above for the proper DNS entries.

Once the correction has been made and propagation completes, then you'll be able to login to your WordPress site. I hope this clarifies the issue for you!

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns!

Regards,
Arnel C.
