Roundcube is one of three free webmail applications offered with your hosting at Web Hosting Hub. You can use webmail to check your email from any computer that has Internet access.

Let's start by accessing the webmail log in page. You can easily access webmail by going to yourdomain.com/webmail in your preferred web browser (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name).

login1

A small window will appear asking you for your username and password. When logging into any webmail program, your username is the full email address you wish to check and the password set for that email address. If you have not yet set up an email account, please see our article: Creating an Email Account.

login2

Make sure you use the full email address, not your cPanel username.

Once you've logged in, you will be presented with three webmail options. You can also verify the correct email account has been entered by viewing the line above the webmail logos that reads: "You are logged in as..."

Click roundcube to open the roundcube webmail program.

You can now read emails to and send emails from the email address you logged in with. If you would like to check emails or send emails from a different account, simply follow the above steps for your other email address.
